What brand is this stock?

Hi everyone, wondering about this stock... it feels McMillan-ish to me, very stiff.

Anyway to confirm? I don't see any markings, didin't remove butt plate as it seems to be glued as well as screwed.

I think that is an HS Precision stock.

Yea Or could be a B&C also ? Paint tends to indicate a HS . RJ
