What Caliber is This?

Ok, my buddy has a rifle and he's trying to figure out what ammo it takes. It's a VZ 52/57. We know it's 7.62 but is it 39 or 54???

Anyone know?

If it's 52/57 model,it's for sure 7.62X39.

Tell your friend to take great care of his rifle; those VZ are getting scarcer by the minute in good condition and their prices have been going up steadily.
