proper training would likely have prevented that.
if you fire a gun and it misfires, keep it pointed in a safe direction and wait 10 seconds, then clear it and check the ammo, check the barrel for obstructions.
you dont just chamber another round and pull the trigger :confused:

wolf ammo might refund the cost of your ammo, and maybe even your gun, but noones going to refund your blown off hand.

X2, a squib round will have a lot less recoil and sound than normal, should have been an indicator that something was wrong. An expensive, not to mention very dangerous object lesson, methinks!
 
A pop instead of a bang and the action does not cycle. It's a squib. Empty the magazine and check the bore.
