I scored 7 boxes of free shotgun ammo today, and as I was going through it I found these....

the headstamp is pretty much worn off but from what I can make out it says 'Patent' on the bottom, 'NO' or 'N8' on the left, '10' on the right and 'KYNOCH'S' on the top.

There is also a box or 2 of each of these...

I imagine that they are safe to shoot, there does not seem to be any integrity issues with any of the hulls/brass, but are they rare or something I may want to hold onto?

it looks like that brass cased one might be 10 gauge, lots of the companies put No. 10 (or watever it is) to identify the calibers. they may not be rare or too valuable but i garentee you to a collector (like my self) they would defantly be nice to add to the collection.

The Polish PAWAM were inexpensive shotshells sold in Canada. We had a couple cases of them from maybe 20-30 years ago. They went bang very reliably. I believe they don't have shot cups, just lead with fibre wads.

I have a few polish paper shells from my dad many years ago. They are low brass blue paper 12 gauge. He use to shoot them through his Mossberg 195 bolt action which I also now have.
