Pretty certain that is just standard military 5.56 - IVI was the maker, 99 was "1999" - year it was made, plus mark in a circle is the mark of NATO compliance. Grandson and I picked up several hundred at local gravel pit - IVI - 13 and 14 - NATO symbol. Likely local Mounties, but do not know that - ammo was issued to military and RCMP that I know of. We left behind at least that many WIN 9mm Luger casings.
