Yea, it gave birth to a foam pad yesterday. I however was the father.

On the upside I did make a much better cheek riser out of fiberglass that works really well and I'm happy with it.

It also looks much better then the old one , wish I had done this first.

It took me about 6 hours to make the mold then the piece and paint it and thats with a lot of waiting for things to dry. Its 4 layers of mat and a top layer of weave. It was really fun I wanna make more, lol. The SKS and shotgun better look out.

The boot is a temperary thing until I can figure out something better.

I've got exact same Butler creek pad. Can shoot all day w/o bruising my shoulder, the carbine with it feels like 91/30 without.
