Big ammo can approx. 20 x 17 x 10 inches dated 1944

There is a sticker on the side with what looks like FORD - CANADA and Quantity of 3000. Don't know if the sticker is original

Yah I may know of one in the US that would be for sale but that would be if the price is right but that price is going to be high for US price and then there would be all the shipping and custom costs to get it here... I would love to see the look on the CBSA Officer that sees you pulling that across the boarder with all the paperwork in order.

Question in Canada they are Non Restricted are they not?

Dies for them... Call Red Jacket they could put you through to some one there are milling shops here in Edmonton that could make them IF you have the money.

you would need a big hydraulic shop press to reload for it.

For buying one from the US, I highly doubt the BATF would allow the transfer, let alone the export of such a weapon. It is a Destructive Device, and my understanding is that that BATF no longer honors transfers and requires the weapon to be deactivated for a transfer to occur.

As to Canadian status, I do not believe it is even considered a firearm. More likely it is considered a cannon of some sort, though I do not know how or where it falls into Canadian law. Maybe under Defense articles.
