What did IDPA send me?

I registered with IDPA recently and just got an email notification that they have shipped me a parcel.

I didnt order anything, is it just a membership card? Maybe a rule book?

The mouse pad is a template/quick reference guide for their "box" to see if your pistol meets the size constraints.

That would have been great but alas, no. But I did find a brand new, lightweight vest a Value Village for the grand sum of $5.99 No need to spend a lot for a "concealment garment".
