I was at the grocery store on friday and made a shoking discovery. Maxwell House coffee is no longer being sold in the steel cans:(. They are now made of a cardboard like material. I have been using Maxwell house coffee cans to store brass and ammo for years. I liked the fact they are strong and stackable with weight in them and they seal tight. Now what am I going to do. I will be accepting any all donations of steel Maxwell House steel coffee cans (empty or full).
Sorry just had to vent - why do good things always have to end

Go down to the stats and stock up on Archer Farms trail mix. It's delicious and you can get as much stuff into the plastic container.

5 Gallon buckets are free at jobsites. They are stackable, have metal handles, hold a lot and seal pretty good if you get lids for them.

you can buy them at hardware stores too. Jobsite buckets tend to get used up. Infact, i can never find a bucket at work when i need it. You been around? heh

For one thing maxwell house is cheap crap. I would rather drink warm motor oil. Pc brand in the gold can. It's amazing coffee at a reasonable price and it comes in a metal can. There, problem solved.... any other questions?

Bah! Tim Horton's is for sissies!!:p:p

I always tease the young guys at work about that. I tell them that Co-op coffee from the convenience store/gas station is better!

It all depends on what job and when you are there. If they are doing acrylic stucco on the outside thee will be a constant supply of buckets scattered around the exterior of the building. Or if it's several stories high, the drywall/painter/finishers will be starting at the bottom and working their way up behind several other trades. I always make friends with a painter. ;)
