What do you feed your Ruger SR 22

I have had great success with DynaPoints. Each firearm is different, you should try an assortment of different ammo, hit some targets, then in pyramid fashion, start removing one brand with each set of targets, slowly but surely you will find a pack of ammo that works very well. 22 ammo is so cheap you can do a very thorough run through of the various ammo choices out there

Thanks. I actually just bought a brick of Dynapoint today.

Been stocking up on various types of .22 ammo lately but still looking to add a couple more to the stockpile, so I figured I'd see what everyone else is feeding this rifle.

so far i have had the best luck witth "blazer" by cci, as far as bang for buck goes any way, goin up to stingers, or velocitors is nice, but who wants to pay like 10x the price for those

I just picked up a 100 rnd box of Remington .22 Vipers, havent fed 'em to my SR yet. Normally I use bulk blazers for plinking cause they are very reliable and CCI's for hunting. Anybody have some thoughts on the Vipers? Ive posted about Aguila SSS's before I wanna try those they look pretty cool...

I shoot Blazers exclusively ATM, to keep some consistency in what I'm shooting.
The 10/22 action is pretty forgiving though, I can count on my fingers the number of FTF's I've had. The first one was a Stinger, the second shot my SR ever took. I don't have much good to say about the Stingers.

I started out using Blazers. Shot great and accurate but I was getting misfires ever 3 or 4 shots out of a Dlask .920 barrel. I was told afterward not to use them in that barrel from the Dr. Now I just use AE and get no misfires and still fairly accurate, nit talking sub-moa but capable of hitting and killing what I shoot at. I also use Federal Blue Bulk with good results as well.

Blazer...no FTF...just a few FTE's ) 3 out of about 800 rnds, but haven't put in the VQ extractor yet and my BC 25 rnd mags were pretty new. I think one of them has a crappy spring.

I primarily use American Eagle... i like that they're cheap ($21.99/500 at International on 104th) and that they come in those little plastic trays... sometimes I get the Federals or CCI Targets.. never really had much trouble with any of them

I bought 20,000 rounds when they were $9.97 a brick at WallyWorld.
They shoot well out of all of my .22's (I'm starting to run low now, down to less than 10 grand left)

Wow....
BTW, locally in Vancouver, who stocks the cheapest .22lr ammo?
I got some MiniMags for my SIG .22 on Christmas sale at Reliable, but it wasn't exactly cheap... I'm looking for something that wouldn't break my piggy bank or my SR-22
