what do you think he will score??

Given the time date on the photo and his neck swolen, Id say he was in full rut mode.
He may be a younger buck cause he hasnt got the old boy gut or the saddled back.. I could be wrong? but he may score better next year. :)

He's on his down hill run. The shape of the nose/face is that of a mature buck.

That was my first thought by the antlers, then the body suggests hes in good shape, and can still chase a hot doe around the kitchen table a few times..

Hopefully he or his offspring will produce some nice deer down the road.:D

Taking a closer look, I'd say the base frame would score about 140 after deductions. And then there is about 30-40 inches of 'junk'. So Typical score would be about 100-110. Non-typical score would be about 170-180. Not a book deer by any means, but definitely a shooter. Neat find.

His points are rather short, however his main beams are long and thick. I would gross score his at 155 to 158 B&C. I would drop him because of the uniqueness of the rack.

I love the non-typical racks!!

A perfectly symmetrical rack just reminds me of some some Hugo Boss model with high cheek bones and flawless skin, prancing around in his Gucci shoes and man purse. Seriously how hard would it be to outwit and bag some pretty boy of indeterminate ###uality?

But a non-typical rack with a drop tine hanging down, stickers and forks all over the place and crooked palmated beams......thats like a street fighter with cauliflower ears, busted nose and prison tats. When you outwit and put one of those bucks away you have really accomplished something.

I may be the exception here, (I know among my hunting buddies I am), but that's what I see in antlers.

Back to the OP's question.

I am guessing a gross of 155-165. Decent mass, good width but short tines.
