What do you use to power chamfer and deburr?

For $40 bux and some CT bongo money I bought a bench top drill press on sale at Canadian tire. Then I bought the Forster case trim jig that mounts on it and sells for around $50. I also have the Lyman case prep Express, which still sells for less than $130. For under $200, I can trim, chamfer, debur, uniform primer pockets, and debur primer holes, all under power. Oh, I almost forgot, I can drill holes too ;).

There are all sorts of ways to trim and chamfer cases. Heck, you could use a flat file and a pocket-knife :)

If you want max throughput I haven't seen anything better than the Giraud. If you're feeding a semi-auto rifle that takes bottleneck brass
or you're loading lots of rounds for competition usage, throughput is your deity.

I am not patient enough for 3 operations on large volume cases.
I power trim with the lee cutter on a press drill, it's damn fast, but it leaves the cases with a huge lip in and out...
Maybe I should get that hornady case prep 3 tool thing to debur and chamfer, will be good for all calibers anyway, but again, it,s handling all brass 2-3 times, but I will use it for all other calibers anyway so I guess it's Worth it for 100$.

I don't care about manually chamfer and debur 20 cases, just not 1000.
I guess I'll buy a Giraud for 223. It's the only caliber I shoot volumes, with 9mm, but 9mm is not an issue...

I have the RCBS trimmer and one day took the handle off and stuck a cordless drill on it and it works beautifully using the high torque/slow speed setting on the drill.

Still gotta find a beter way to de-bur/chamfer tho.
