What does $121 worth of .410 ammunition look like

I managed to pick up some .410 ammo here in Halifax today.

I only use the .410 when introducing new shooters to shotguns so this lot might outlive me and my shooting career.

I don't use .410 for teaching how to shoot a shotgun accurately but to work them up to the recoil of a 12 gauge.

Anyway, here's what $121 of .410 ammo looks like:

I though it was going to be 2 boxes, makes me glad I only shoot 12g. Still relatively cheap to buy 100 packs of birdshot, it’s in stock everywhere as well.

I feel your pain. I found 10 boxes at an almost local gun store back in the fall. I won't post the cost here as it was obscene. Good for the duration now though...

I bought a 20 gauge in the fall to replace my 410 due to the price and availability of the shells. The 410 can sit in the safe until I get around to selling it.

I have a few , shells, not boxes still kicking around, unless they where in last box of surplus stuff at the gunshow.
had a box of imperial 3" slugs as well. but they just come in a 5 rd box.
