What does "SPF" mean in the Exchange forum?

What does "SPF" mean in the Exchange forum?
Ive seen it a few times now, what does it stand for?

Sold Pending Funds.

It means the deal is done, but the seller has not recieved the $ yet. Once he does it then goes from SPF to "Sold"

Just to add to it, 99.98% of times SPF is identical to SOLD.
