Hi everyone,

As the title may let you think I am wondering what the law actually says about making (not selling, not quite there yet) parts and accessories for unrestricted firearms.
To give a little context : I dusted off my design software and designed a new handguard for airsoft G36 (therefore a recently unrestricted firearm) as well as a full stock/receiver for 98B.

I know some parts require a manufacturing license, unrestricted gun or not, but I'm a little lost in all the gibberish on the RCMP website so could anyone tell me what I can or cannot produce ?

Thank you!

Are the things your making a firearm as described by the firearms act?

If not its just a thing.
