what does your mg34 used brass look like? and how well does your mg run?

hi everyone
im wondering what used brass looks like from your/a fine tuned mg34? can anyone post some pictures please?

Does the neck have a fold in it and is there a dent about half way down the case???
Check your muzzle cone. There were a number of 8.2 and 8.5 m cones around they are not intended for ball ammo....
Use a 10.2 or 10.5 muzzle cone and check for function with that size.
If you have to go smaller for function be careful and make sure your recupter spring is good or you will pound up the gun.

99% of tnw seem to come with a 9.5mm cone, which is too small.

My brass is destroyed but not pristine.....reusable id say for most of it.......ill try and get a pic to you this week.

My brass looks like wheaty described it. The mouth is slightly crushed inwards and there is a dent just below the shoulder, same orientation as the crushed part.

thanks allot guys. mine look the same now. if i can keep my ejector plate in place it runs good. do you guys have screws to hold your ejector plates down or rivets?

Do you mean like this? Yup, there are a couple of Allen head screws.

you must have a newer receiver. mine is slightly different. my ejector plate is further back so i had to make an advanced ejector plate. PITA!
