Well, sort of.
We have to start with 32-20 and neck size a form and play with and of course a few sacrificial cases to get the neck size just right.

CrzHorse has shared some useful information, but I have not put it to use yet.

I too had to utilize .32-20 brass to start with. Ruined several cases before figuring out that annealing the cases necks with a propane torch first solved the problem.
Found a lifetime supply of older brass at a gunshow, so don't give up hope!
