what equipment/parts are the need/must have's, to should have's to be nice to have's?

I use a Lee original 3 hole turret press and a can of one shot case lube does wonders, spay the cases outside let it dry and the first stage is a breeze especially with 9mm. Wish i would have had it years ago!

Also a decent digital scale, i have an RCBS ballance which works great but a digi would be nice.

One more thing, i wear a leather biker glove on my lever hand.
