What Gunsmith for Marlin 1894 Cowboy Action?

Hello fellow SASS shooters. Who is good to send my Marlin 1894 to for Cowboy Action type work? I get the occasional Marlin Jam, and have replaced the carrier (which as you know fixes it for a bit until it wears again), but I want a permanent fix. I’d also like the action slicked up. Who do you recommend? Anything I could find online we’re for guys in the states.
