You can order flintlock as they are classed
As antique, or non firearm. As far as percussion guns
Anything made prior to 1898 is classed as antique
And requires no licenses or permits. However
Reproduction guns are a diff story, a dealer or importer would need to get one across the border.
So in closing...flintlock...new or antique...no regulations...percussion if made before 1898...same thing....if made after 1898.. Reuqires PAL and an importer
