IIRC the site was shut down due to some personal problems by the owner. This was a quite awhile ago though. I think the info was transfered to other sites.

It's been gone for a month or two. For the last few years it just limped along. Dave had tried selling it around 2003 or so to no avail. No updates were done for many years,and some of the info was outdated,at best. But it was still a good site up to the end.
