True, but Ultimate Arms (ebay store) will. I think they will only take intl orders from a credit card, rather than (FRAUD ALERT), so you have to call them.

I just ordered some parts this morning from sksman.com alias Paul and he is very friendly and professional too.I originally called to inquire about the parts and the availability and also their condition and he reassured me that they were in fact NEW parts and combined with the shipping,it was well priced and i ended up buying them on the spot over the phone and it took 5 minutes.
