What happened to the Savage 16fcss Weather Warrior?

This is a rifle I been meaning to buy for the last 18 months but just had too many other projects on the go. I went to the gun store the other day, and they just got a new batch of 16's and 116's in and they didn't have accustocks, but were labeled as 16fcss and cost the same price? The new magazines are more like the Axis rifles and less like the Model 10's

Does anyone know if the accustock on the 16's is discontinued? If so, I will be calling everyone in Canada begging them to take my money.

EDIT: Also, calling Savage troololol

EDIT #2: Ok disregard I'm a clueless idiot, the non-accustock versions are the package 16's that come with the scope. The Accutrigger/accustock versions are the full fledged weather warriors, not budget package guns.
