What have been your lowest cost but amazing performance rimfires?

I Have a savage mark 11 i paid 275 for with a scope and sling and i had to put an extractor and ejector in it and cleaned it real good. Since then i can hit a shotgun shell multiple times at 50 yards and cycles pretty smooth.

Big thumbs up for all the CZ flavours. Some have shot better than some of my Annies. I leave a CZ457 with a 16” heavy barrel in a Boyds At-one stock out in Sask. Probably over 10,000 gophers over the past 3 years.
My first .22lr is a Cooey 39 bought in the 60s for $12.50…… scoped it and it shot 1/2” groups at 75yards with CIL pistol match ammo made on Eley machinery.

A Remington Nylon 66 that I got for $25 recently that had been dissembled 20 years ago.
Amazingly all the parts except the charging handle were in tne box.Got a charging handle from Western Gun parts.
Anyone who has worked on these knows that solving the rubics cube is far simpler than assembling a Nylon 66.
Youtube videos to the rescue!
Great little shooter though.
