[bargainbuyers]

Evening all,
Looking for help gathering some info on an old shotgun I have
acquired. Wondering what it may be worth? thinking of selling it.

J.P Clabrough & Bros. makers of London and Birmingham England.
Side by Side, double barrel Sidelock.
Serial # 9385
Fair to Good Cond.
Tight lock up.
Wood and metal good.
Butt plate broken.
Any Info as to Model, value etc would be appreciated.

Nice duck or rabbit gun, I have no idea of value, good luck.

clabrough & bros are British Ann made reasonably good shotguns in my opinion. Price locally around $350 to $450

Nice (1880 to 1900) well made British shotgun, reasonable condition. Likely Damascus.
Get the book on Clabrough guns (CLABROUGH.com).
They sold a lot onto Canada, mostly 1900's and using HBC markings!
This one is earlier, they became Clabrough & Johnstone about 1892 or so.
Value in Canada (higher in USA) probably as suggested.
