What have YOU eaten?

All the regular stuff including game meat/fish and goat. Also Gator, seal, whale (narwhal and beluga), walrus, ground hog.

In college I lived on a steady diet of cougar, but that's another story.

As a joke I took the testcles off a large 10 pointer one of our gang shot. Soaked the in salt water skinned them and fried em up in butter! Cut the in small pieces for everyone to taste and had no takers until one of the guys sons (age 12) said I'll try some and pronounced it delicious!!! Not to be outdone all the rest had to try it!
However its not on this years menu. JITC

Caribou sausages on the BBQ with roasted italain stlye peper's on fresh bread last night for dinner! Mmmmm.
Something about eating real meat. I always feel great even when I am stuffed.

kangaroo, shark, emu, croc, bear, sea cucumber, sea urchin, snake, eel, among the more uncommon stuff i've tried

I have had, along with my kids, other than the "staple" meats; bison, rabbit, deer, caribou, moose, grouse, goose, duck, quail, alligator.

My wife will not eat any "wild" meat, which is odd - her coming from the east coast (a Caper).

My daughter loves venison sausage, which grosses out her classmates. I like sending the leftovers with them for lunch the next day, which can cause a stir in the classroom (teacher actually phoned me about my son once <LOL>)
