Looks like an Enfield that mated with a cribbage board. That's just sick. A Bubba with bad taste.

*EDIT* Damn, beaten to the cribbage reference. :p

Seriously, what kind of assclown would do that kind of crappy work and think it looks good? :|
It looks like a cribbage board......
Jerk probably wanted $400 for his "custom piece".......

naw Hitzy...there was another one there for 375. Dosing kept being a little Iago..."cummon buy it...buy it". Bubba Senior had spent many hours diligently sanding off ALL the markings on this enfield, "sportifying wherever" and had even polished the bolt until it was chromed" I had to be polite and say that " Boy you must have spent a lot of hours on that...the man hours alone would make it worth 300 bucks!" I felt like butt stroking the old bird for mangling another enfield. Dosing kept emphasizing that it was a "good job". That coming from the King of Cribbage.

First Annual Dosing Crib Tourney

Well mike, since you and your brother asked...here is MY handiwork :!:

Cribbageboard.jpg

Now, I can't find a pic of the 8PLH #1Mk1 Carbine that I did, but I'll check my PC...must have a pic somewhere....

The safety goes on while your playing, to keep it safe :p

Cleaned the other one today, sand it tomorrow, draw up the template....

Oh you see you need the template to keep the holes in line :p

That's a paddlin :!:
Once I find a #4mk2 to cut, and get a reciever socket from it, I will have yours done

Oh come on, thats the most useful LE you've seen in a while Mike. I have to find a way to open them up enough to fit a deck of cards into them....maybe if I keep the reciever attached, and use the emptied magazine as card holder.....

Actually the one in the picture was for one of my Uncles, who was a Brit Armourer. He made dozens of them for Messhalls and people who wanted them (including one for my parents). Thing was, he didn't have one of his own, so I made that one up and sent it to him. He was most pleased with it. The 8PLH one is my own, it came from a torched rifle, zip right across the reciever, soooo it was an easy job.

I had a few LE recievers at the store that had been cut or torched, or drilled so many times they were swiss cheese, so I used those. Apparently I have run out though :( , so I will need another LE to sacrifice its butt socket for me....didn't you say you had a spare one Mike :?: :?: With the bolt :p

I take it you didn't see the rare minty Savage 99 Jason had last week with the stick-figure deer head carved crudely into the butt? lol... it did sell too!

WARNING :!:
If you are sensitive....DO NOT SCROLL DOWN :!:

Hey Mikey......
CribbageBoardPLH.jpg

Sorry, don't have a full pic, but yep, 8PLH, a Maritime gun. Well, Maritime cribbage board now. Has the 1898 LEC 1 buttsocket as well  . This is MY personal cribbage board.
I tormented Claven and Woodchopper with these before...this is just for you and your brother
Now leave me alone, I have to go turn an Ariska I bought at Truro into a lamp....
