What if I chambered a "380 makarov" round in a "9mm Luger" firearm and pulled the trigger...
What could posibily happen, to me, the gun and the round itself?

Sounds like a disaster waiting to happen. It is not recommended to use any ammunition in a firearm that is not specifically designed for it, with some exceptions, ie 38 ammo in a 357 revolver. Serious injury to self and others and / or damage to the firearm can result.

I couldn't find a 380 makarov in my reloading books but I did find a 9mm makarov. The bullet looks to be about .01" bigger in diameter over 9mm. The case dimensions (aside from the case mouth) look overall to be smaller in diameter and shorter in length.

If the 380 makarov is indeed a 9mm makarov, I would expect the worst to happen if you were able to chamber a round and fire it.
