There are several sub-models of the M-7, the one you refer to is probably worth anywhere between $500 and $800. If there are accessories like scope mounts, glass, a sling etc, the price should reflect that.
Agreed, at first I posted a higher price because I had the KS in mind, but rolled it to $800 because I didn't know if the KS was ever available in .243.
Epp's is asking $1,052.90 for BNIB M7 CDL in .243. That's a bit more than the U.S. MSRP. The synthetic stock drops the MSRP to $731US. So like Boomer says, the model matters.
Where you are will matter for used firearms values too. So does whether or not you have received and acted upon the recall notice for M7's manufactured between 2006 and 2014. Something about the XMP trigger.
The discontinued M7 XCR demands a bit of a premium, the older ones with sights and 18.5" tube seem to sell fairly decent too for some reason.
500 is a decent deal and some are close to 800 depending on clambering, 650 average price.
