What is everyone running for a good 3 gun trigger?

My little blaster is almost done, the only upgrade left is the trigger. For now I have a troy mil-spec trigger. It's a little heavy, I'd like to upgrade it and I am just lost in the options. I have a flat faced, adjustable trigger tech in my DMR ar, and it seems quite nice. It has only the smallest amount of take up. I feel like it is a good trigger, but it doesn't seem to be popular with the fast shooting folk so I figure there is probably better out there, I am just struggling to figure out which I should be looking at. I have been known to run xm855 Ammo so I'd like to stick with full strength springs. the Hiperfire Hipertouch Competition Trigger looks and sounds pretty sweet, but it also looks excessively complicated (which may make reliability an issue??)

so what do you guys recommend and are your experiences?
 
So many out there and like everything else you will hear "I use this one, so its the best".... so take this with a grain of salt.

Right now I am using the geissele super 3G trigger. I never thought I would like single stage triggers on my rifle as I like to stage the trigger and I have had lots of match grade 2 stages triggers in the past. But in 3gun you dont have the time to prep your trigger all that well and thats where the single stage 3G triggers fit in. Incredibly fast and smooth.
 
I'm running the Geissele Super 3 Gun (S3G) trigger on my AR. Has a nice crisp break with no creep at 3.5lbs. Trigger reset is super short which is great for fast follow up shots. Not cheap but highly recommended.

Geissele also makes a similar trigger with a flat trigger bow if that's what you are used to. Think it's called the Super Dynamic 3 Gun.

I started out using the geissele 3 gun trigger. as others have said it just rolls through the break cleanly and resets quickly.
I've since swapped it out for an Elftmann match trigger. The elftmann is adjustable all the way down to 2.75lbs and breaks sooner like a true single stage should. the only problem I have with it is the reset is quick but feels weird because it has a safety catch inside and you can feel that reset as well as the trigger so it feels like a double reset? it's hard to explain but I really hate that feeling. For this reason I'm thinking of going back to the geissele.
 
I swapped from the geissele sd3g to the ssae this year and will never look back. I'm not going to win or loose a match by .02 on my splits, but missing on longer stuff definitely could hurt in the standings. I find the 2 stage helps by allowing me to take cleaner shots as opposed to the rolling single stage of the sd3g. But I also have a hiperfire and had a timney at one point. In my experience they're all reliable and you may just want to go to a match and try a few to see if one really stands out to you
 
I bought the elfman 3 gun trigger for my SLR build when I got it I put it in my AR for a CQB match, ran 100% flawlessly ( another story in my SLR) super simple install drop in and tighten the set screws this is my first nice trigger so I have no other input on any other drop in triggers but I will be putting drop in triggers in all my ARs lol it was night and day and will take take some training to get used to a smooth trigger that's 2.5 pounds from a gritty mil spec (feels like 10 pounds) trigger. Just my 2 cents
 
I've only got 3 aftermarket ones, 2 are the same
A TriggerTech 3.5# flat
And 2 timney 3#

Both are nice triggers and are in my 3 gun rifles,
I like the trigger tech better, and price is fair
