What is in the spam can

I bought this 7.62x54 ammo to feed my Mossy Maggot. So far I have reloaded for it, so have not opened the can.

I might sell it to someone who needs ammo, but don't want to open it to count the rounds. Sealed cans should stay sealed.

Anyone know what it is?

heard lots of split cases on that ammo compared to the cheq ammo thats been floating around, not sure if that matters much since i haven't seen a split case not fire or make a mess yet.

This is 1953 ammo. I included a can with a SVT 40 that I sold. Nocomplaints about the ammo.

300 rounds sounds familiar, i think.
