I have an old pump action 22 in 22 short.
A Winchester Mod 90 purchased before WW1, I believe. Has a 6 digit serial number.

It has a tang peep sight and a target front sight.

It functions perfectly. I have used it a few times in our local club fun shoots where we have to shoot poker chips at 20 yards, offhand.
It has a hex barrel with good blueing. Holds a lot of 22 shorts in the mag.
Bluing on receiver is mostly gone. I assume it is a takedown, because of the thumbscrew on the receiver. It would make an excellent back pack or camp gun.
I bought this rifle from a fellow I know who is even older than me. He said it was his father's rifle. That would make it about 100 years old, or so.
What is it worth? Is takedown feature a plus or negative. Shorts only make it more rare-valuable. Tang sight?
