Hey.

I don't know if this is against the rules, but I really don't know what its worth. I was out of the game for a little while. I have it for trade for a Tavor, but if I do decide to sell it I want to know what this setup is worth. About 400 rounds through it in total.

Upper:

- BCM complete 12.5" upper
- FSB cut down (properly done by TacOrd)
- Troy TRX 11" rail
- A2 Flash Hider
- BCM Gunfighter charging handle
- DD Fixed Front Sight (no rear sight unfortunately)

Lower:

- Aero Precision stripped lower
- Daniel Defense LPK (lower parts)
- Milspec buffer tube
- Genuine SOPMOD stock (painted tan)
- Magpul MIAD
- MOE enhanced trigger guard

Looking for value estimate minus T1, M300, DBAL I2

Thanks

If I remembered what the whole thing cost I wouldn't be asking here LOL. It was a while ago and I only took it out to the CQB shoot. I am just looking for an approximate value.

The value is more around 1700-1800$, but I would not pay more than 1300-1400$ for it. You can get complete LMT new for 1700$.

The lower is the part that seem "cheap" vs the rest of the rifle. If you want a Tavor, you'll need to add some $$$ in the trade. A used tavor is around 2400$ so you'll need to add 1000$ I guess.

Good luck with you trade.

You're probably better off breaking it down and parting it out to get max value. I don't see it fetching much over $1200.00, especially with the make of lower, painted stock & the chopped down FSB.

Sopmod stocks are no longer the 'expensive' stock. They are produced now by another company for $85.

People want the new Magpul koolaid anyway.

So your lower is $350
Upper. $700 plus $200 for the Rail and gunfighter.

$1250. And there is a general dislike for 'Parts' guns.

Part it out.

Why cut a FSB? and not install a lo-pro gas block?
Because there is no 'Proper way' to butcher a FSB.

And it's impossible to return to the stock configuration for those who prefer a proper fixed front sight.

What is more reliable than having the stock FSB on your gun? Cutting down the original FSP is the foolproof way to go. No problems can come from this. If people want the original setup then they buy new. Problem solved. I appreciate the advice though. I may part it out or just keep it.

Just out of curiosity why would you want to lose this rifle and approximately 1000 for a tavor? just for the NR? Don't have to answer that if it's none of my business.

NR is huge. I am still not dead set on the Tavor, I just have my eye on it.

I am going on a camping/hiking trip in August and I want something to take with me. A shotgun would fit the bill cheaply, but there is something about being able to carry a military rifle legally that reeks of freedom :p
