Maybe all except trigger. HK has yet to make any pistol with a decent trigger. Although they say the new VP9 is a vast improvement. But it is striker fired so doesn't belong in this conversation!

I must confess that the Expert is one HK that I have never shot, so I will definitely take your word on that one! But now having read that I am very curious to try one.

Grand Powers defiantly shoot great right out of the box. The recoil pulse is a bit different due to the rotating barrel lockup but there is less flip and the recoil springs seem pretty light.
Sweet double action, crisp single and a fairly short reset.
I'm looking forward to checking out the Mark 12's.
