I'm having an accuracy problem with my new production Zastava M57 and I'm hoping someone here also has one that they could slug and take a reading of their bore to compare to mine.

I slugged the bore on my M57 and it came out as .3125±.0001, but 7.62x25 cartridges are generally loaded with bullets that measure .309". I'm thinking my problem may be undersized barrel/undersized bullet, but I'd like to confirm by comparing my bore size to someone else's that does not have an accuracy problem.

When ever toks have accuracy issues its either a shooter or barrel bushing has damage. Worn out or has too much play. Interference between barrel and bushing can be aggravated by captive recoil spring that M57 equipped with and in some cases can even touch the barrel when slide is fully retracted. Inspect these components first before condemning the barrel

So I'm embarrassed to say that I think I found the problem. It's a combination of a 10lbs + trigger pull and overconfidence in my abilities. I managed to score some Czech surplus ammo, used a redneck rest, and hyper focused on taking each shot. There were decent groups to be had. I no longer believe there is anything wrong with the gun, other than a horrible trigger and a fool shooting it.

Yes TT33 is not one of the easiest guns to shoot. Many soldiers during the war had trouble with it, that's why they kept Nagant revolver in service. Soviets even made a trainer gun in 22lr with same type of grip as real TT, for officers to practice before they get their hands on real thing. Proper grip of the handle and even the wrist angle along with finger placement on the trigger were things they had to master. first.
Only after shooting 4 rounds at 25 meters and hitting all 4 in 15cm diameter target would officer be considered proficient with that pistol.

This revelation is humbling to say the least. It is very common for new pistol shooters to blame the gun (I blame Hollywood)..... You absolutely did the right thing and got rid of the biggest source of error, the human!!
