What is the general dollar value of a 92S?

Hey all,

Might have a chance to purchase a Beretta 92S with 1 mag. It looks to be in great to excellent shape.

I am looking for what I can offer/settle on dollar value.

And, since it has only 1 magazine, will have to purchase a couple more. Will other Beretta 92 series magazines fit this one?
