What is the most tactical/ coolest non-restricted shotgun I can have?

I think one the the best NR off the shelf shotgun's you can get is the Fabarm Martial Pro-Forces.
This gun comes with it all, right out of the box. I got mine a little over a month ago and love it!
You can add the rail under the forend and mount a light/laser if you want.
Soon mine will have a S&J Hardware Single Point Sling Mount and a Blue Force Gear SOC-C sling. They should be here next week.
Its got the tacticool factor and quality all rolled into one. If you want to build up another gun cool, but if you want it out of the box then this might be the ticket.

The barrel looks a little short is that restricted? I don't want a restricted shotgun.

The gun came that way from the factory so as I understand it all you have to worry about is OAL and the Fabarm Martial is over 26".

My non-restricted Norinco HP9-1 with the factory 14" barrel.
Customized with gunsmith installed Wilson ghost ring sights with a tritium front post, Wilson 1 shot extension with a side sling mount, Wilson fluorescent green magazine follower and Wilson extended magazine spring, gunsmith installed modified and cylinder Winchokes, Knoxx Spec-Ops recoil reducing stock and a Surefire forend with a 60 lumen lamp and mounted weapon lithium batteries.
