What is the most versatile revolver...

Probably the S&W 460

45 russian, 45 schofield, 45 colt, 454 casull, 460 mag.

In reality tho- pretty much just 45 colt and 460mag

The two most versatile revolvers w/o changing cyl. are both the .460 Mag & the .327 Mag

The .327 Mag will also support the .32H&R, .32 S&W Long and .32 S&W while the .460 Mag will also be able to fire the .454 Casull, .45 Colt and .45 Schofield. .45 Russian if you can find it, it's a pretty rare caliber :p (it doesn't exist, probably meant .44 Russian witch doesn't fit in the .460 Mag)

All this without changing the cylinder.

Hope this helps!

I think you might be looking for the Medusa, which can shoot .357, .38 Special, 9 mm, .380 ACP, and some others.

454 Casull
460 S&W
.410 shells

Centrefire the Medusa wins hands down,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, if you can find one.

If you include rimfire then any .22 LR revolver can shoot LR, long, short, CB longs, CB shorts and BB caps.
