What is the name of this particular SKS part?

This is the part under the gas block/gas tube that is pinned on the barrel that holds on to the front of the stock. I assume that this part is a must requirement for adding a factory or an aftermarket stock to it right?
Is there any place I can find this (as well as the pin hopefully)? Or it is even easier just to buy another SKS?

*just in case you wondering why I ask about this. It is because the Scorpio I got had this part removed by factory but if I wanna go for a diff stock setup in the future I think I will need this part.

Its called stock ferrule. For the pin,a roll pin can probably be used.

Maybe contact Kodiak Defense? Possibly they have a few of these laying around from removing them to attach the new chassis?

They can't tell you no, if you don't ask the question. And if you are really lucky, they have not all been tossed.
