I would like to know what the proper SKS crown looks like.
I am having a problem with my SKS. I re-crowned it once and it shot very nicely. Then a stupid thought came and I re-crowned it once more. It turned out very visually appealing but after that I could not place shots as consistently and accurately as I did before. It might also have something to do with me using a different ammo. Before I used Chinese milsurp and after that dried up I bought some Romanian milsurp. But I don't believe that ammo can affect it so significantly.
The new crown turned out to be somewhat deeper than the original. I'll post pics after I get home.
