what is the worst result if I dont trim the case

Worst case?

Over pressure resulting in a catastrophic failure resulting in injury or death....

Most likely?

Poor feeding and chambering.

2.015 is max case length so you’re a ways over that. If your case neck, with bullet held in it, protrudes into the portion of the chamber beyond where the case was supposed to be it could raise pressures. You could also get a case length gauge and measure your chamber length and likely unless it’s a very short chamber it’ll fit.

if it requires trim to 2.005” for 308 win,but mine is 2.032”. what happened if I fire these ammo not trim.

My 308's chamber ends at 2.049"

The actual length of the chamber varies considerably from manufacturer to manufacturer.
I had a 30-06 which would accept a case at 2.505" [max length spec - 2.494"] .011" over
max spec.
I have a Husqvarna 8x57 here that will not allow you to close the bolt on a loaded round if
case length is 2.405" [max spec is 2.40"] so only .005" longer than spec. This is unusually
short, in my experience.
I trim whenevr my cases reach max specified length, and remove .010". This takes anywhere
from 4 to 15+ firings, depending on case design and working pressures.
Overlength cases can be dangerous, so be careful. Dave.

Good information Dave.
When I have one round that is showing some lengthening out of the ones I am reloading they are all trimmed to length - 0.010.

The video has some good advice and I have used the Lee with a rechargeable B&D screwdriver.

The worst thingthat could happen is that you would wear your action around your ears!!
Bieleive me when a gun explodes it is not too funny.
If i wasn't wearing shooting glasses i would be blind now.
