What is this gun??

In the process of getting rid of some guns and stuff I never use. My father use to go to alot of farm auctions back in the 1980s and he always came home with some neat guns that no one would bid on.

This gun has a 23" octagon barrel, stock has a raised cheek rest on the left side. I think it is a rimfire given the position of the firing pin. The barrel is rusted out badly, making me thing Black Power and the left side bolt for the flip up breach is broken.
On the side is stamped (as best as I can read): C2grN.G.F.11/71
There are some letters and numbers stamped under the stock: B G U with a Crown above each of the letters, plus some numbers.

I believe that it is what is referred to as a "Warnant" action Flobert rifle. Some of these only used a combination hammer/breechblock, others a rolling block style of action, yours is the Warnant variation. These were low priced rimfire rifles widely imported into North America, usually from Belgium. First quarter of the 20th century.

Google is now giving me all the info I need.

Not sure what to do with it yet. It has no sentimental value for me other than my dad handled it at one time, I guess someone out there may want it.
