What is this hammer thingy?

I picked up an old bullet mold at a yard sale, and it came with this little hammer thing, not sure if it's used for anything black powder related. Pretty sure it is not a ball starter, the hammerhead part is not concave, the handle part is tapered and flat, more like a screwdriver end? It seems to be cast as it has a seam down the side. Maybe a blacksmith's or farrier tool? Any ideas? The bullet mold is fairly big, maybe .54 or .60 cal? Appears to be hand forged.

Thought about that, the handle tang is rounded off. Maybe it had a wooden handle on it originally. No marks or stamps on it anywhere that I can see.

That little hammer tool looks like it would be handy for adjusting the lips on clip type mags. I'd put it in the tool box.......
