What is this sling mount?

Hey there, so I found some photos of this sling mount and I like the look of it, my problem is I cant seem to find any information on what or who makes this mount. I've been looking for a forward sling mount for my 590A1 that utilizes QD sling swivels. I currently have one from Magpul but I'm going to be sending my barrel off to get the Vang Comp treatment and wont have the space for the Magpul after without covering ports, so I've been hunting for alternatives that mount to just the mag tube or only very slightly wrapping the barrel but not enough to interfere with the Vang Comp porting. If you have any insight on what this mount is, or others that you have used that could also be a good option, it would be much appreciated.

Yup, that's CDM Gear. Canadian Safefy Source sells them. Another option is GG&G. They make QD sling plates that will probably work for you. Wolverine Supplies carries them. If they don't have what you want in stock just call or email, they can get it.
