What is this target called?

What is this target called, for the life of me I can't remember after 22 years? Figure 11 or 12? Can a civi buy them? I borrowed Nats photo, target is circled.

EDIT: my mistake it is a 11 that is not fully revealed. I can see the rest underneath the handguards.

They sell targets to the RCMP, cops, CF, etc......they have them.
Probably can't buy one though, mabey 500 for a minimum order. Never hurts to ask though, send him an e-mail.

Herman the German

That is a Fig 11/59 target affectionately know as Herman the German.

I have some paper targets from an old military range.

PM me, I'll mail you one in a cardboard tube.

Figure 11 is the long one. Figure 12 is the half one. That one looks like a Figure 11. They appear at gun shows from time to time.

I always thought they were called "Crazy Ivan", seems more Russian to me then German?

Ivans are the american version of the figure 11. they are molded plastic and look like a person holding and ak. there is even a red star in the center of the helmet.

That Figure 11/Figure 12 guy has been my mortal enemy for half of my life.
I've always thought of him as an evil godless communist of some sort. Just look at that domed Russian helmet and the Czech Vz-52 he is charging at you with.

He's certainly not Herman the German. My dads name was Herman and he was German. There's no resemblance
