What is this ?

Picked up a Girsan MC9T and amongst other readily identifiable objects in the case was this dial which appears to be some sort of sight adjustment tool but I have no idea how it would be used and isn't referenced anywhere in the manual. Anyone know what this is intended for ?

I’m guessing you bought it optics ready — that’s a scale-wheel for elevation/ windage adjustment for the red dot.

Yes, the pistol came new with the optic installed but nothing in the manuals for the pistol or the optic mentioned it, only showing the use of the Allen wrench to unlock and screwdriver to adjust. Mystery solved, thanks!
