What kind of reloading tool is this?

Hey all.
Found this Jem in a pile of old mine trash and was wondering if you knew who made it?
It's in 25-20 and marked made in USA.
Appears to have a field repair done since it was cracked.

Appears to be an Ideal 310.

Winchester also had a tool that looked like that. Are there any other markings?

I think if there are more markings they would be under the repair plates.

Looked it up and it looks like an ideal no 4.
Mine is missing the sprue cutter
