What kind of reticle do you guys use?

It depends. For big game I prefer the Leupold B&C, but have used the standard duplex and a flat shooter for so long that it is second nature now. Past 500 its turrets and a TMR, but again a duplex or mildot has seen enough use that there's some familiarity there too. I'm unlikely to swap out all my scopes to get the favorite reticle, but thats what I buy now.
For long range I use to use a NF NP-R2. It was freakin unreal!
Since I sold it with my LR rifle I'm now debating what I'll put on a new one.
I love the Christmas tree style retical as shooting LR is that much easier when you know the hold offs. There is a very good chance I'll go with the Vortex Razor 5-20x50 EBR-2 MRAD
1) Cause I get a good price
2) The glass is as good as any NF or S&B that I've looked through
3) The retical is the Christmas tree style
4) It has more features than other scopes in it's price range
