I don't have mine anymore, but it shot quite tight groups. Generally under 2 inch groups shooting Hornady Superformance 53 gr. I really liked that gun.
You must have got Alex's personal rifle. I have personally never seen a XCR hold MOA even from the bench, 2 MOA better describes this rifle and even then you get the flyers. Not knocking the rifle as I've owned many but don't expect too much. It's capable in its own field.
Mine is around 3-4 MOA with 55gr bulk ammo, and I've had it down to ~1.5MOA with handloaded 69 grain sierra's. Shot with a 1-4X scope with a 1 MOA aiming point.
3-4 moa with a strikefire red dot. I assume much better with a higher quality and magnified optic. Shooting AE .223 with a 1:9 twist rate and monopod off the magazine.
The challenger claimed he twisted an ankle and delayed for about 3-4 months, then by the time he was "healed" (and nobody gave a crap anymore) the OP was claiming he sold the god like, sub half MOA XCR to another CGN'r. Why anyone would sell such a god like rifle is beyond me, but it sure helped convince everyone he was full of shiit
The whole story was BS
The average XCR I've seen has been able to consistently print around 2.5" groups with bulk 55gr ammo and decent optics, at 100yds
