what kinda groups at 100 yards with xcr-l in .223?

Mine is Slightly better than MOA with hand loads, and it will hold 2 MOA with norinco stuff.

You must have got Alex's personal rifle. I have personally never seen a XCR hold MOA even from the bench, 2 MOA better describes this rifle and even then you get the flyers. Not knocking the rifle as I've owned many but don't expect too much. It's capable in its own field.

3-4 moa with a strikefire red dot. I assume much better with a higher quality and magnified optic. Shooting AE .223 with a 1:9 twist rate and monopod off the magazine.

Whatever happened to the epic showdown in where dinner was on the line for an moa grouping with xcr?

The challenger claimed he twisted an ankle and delayed for about 3-4 months, then by the time he was "healed" (and nobody gave a crap anymore) the OP was claiming he sold the god like, sub half MOA XCR to another CGN'r. Why anyone would sell such a god like rifle is beyond me, but it sure helped convince everyone he was full of shiit

The whole story was BS

The average XCR I've seen has been able to consistently print around 2.5" groups with bulk 55gr ammo and decent optics, at 100yds

MOBD, "Minute Of Barn Door" is the term that was used by me and my friends at the range when one of us was silly enough to purchase one to try out
