The one I have is the Pelican Storm case. It was recomemded here by a few others. It has different latches than the standard Pelican case. The latches have push buttons on them that must be depressed before lifting the latch to open. The handles have rubber on them which is great. I love the case. It is heavy though, and my 110BA will only fit inside with the small butpad installed on the rifle and fully retracted. I picked mine up from where I work so I got a discount. I paid just under 300 taxes in and did not have to pay for shipping. I'm not sure what they retail for but i'm sure a quick interweb search will supply that info.
For cutting the foam I made a hot wire cutter out of a pallet, NiChrome wire, peg board, 1/4" threaded rod, two 1/4" nuts, one bolt and nut, an extension spring, and a car battery charger. It worked pretty slick. I traced the outline of the rifle (with all the gear attached, scope, bipod) on bristle board, cut it out and pined it to the foam (the foam comes in two layers about 1" thick each). Then I cut a small slit with a knife to pass the wire through the foam, connected the wire to the spring (to keep tension on the wire), hooked up one lead from the charger to the threaded rod, and the other lead to the bolt that the other end of the wire is attached to, put the charger on 2 amps and pluged it in and went to work. Works pretty slick. I got the wire off ebay from a guy in Quebec, too 2 weeks to get it though and the wire was a bit too small (it kept breaking) but it's all I could find.
I found that if you shorten the legnth of the nichrome wire it will get hotter and cut much better (i had it too long at first and was cutting really slow), but if you shorten it too much it will get too hot and snap. I can provide more details on making the cutter if you wish.
